Frank Forkin leads Ipsos RDA and its team of over 150 research and IT professionals focused primarily on the automotive and commercial vehicle business sectors.
Frank is a 30-year veteran in market research serving a diverse group of client industries. His primary areas of expertise include customer experience (CX), product quality and advanced concept research. He has been with Ipsos since the acquisition of RDA in 2015, where he was an Executive Vice President and Partner. Before joining Ipsos, Frank was the president of North America for Harris Interactive and a partner with JD Power, where he held senior roles over his nine-year tenure, in a wide variety of practice areas within the company. Frank also worked as VP Strategy and Consumer Insights for Domino’s where he managed their market research function with a focus on brand strategy, advertising research, CX, product development, pricing, and sales analysis.
Frank is a strategic research executive with a strong business acumen and a passion for turning insights into actions. In addition, Frank has extensive experience designing and launching competitive syndicated benchmarking studies in various industry verticals.
