Prior to joining Ipsos in 2010, Kristy operated her own marketing consultancy. She began her market research career at Procter & Gamble in the Consumer and Market Knowledge organization. Her professional interests include leveraging observation and technology for uncovering deeper insights, the power of social insights in identifying brand growth opportunities and the power of word of mouth in driving brand growth.
