Rick brings more than 40 years of experience in both client-side and consulting businesses involving user research, UI design, AI development, and UX consulting. He is a leader in providing research support for agile design and development projects. Rick has published dozens of academic articles and has presented more than 40 conference papers on human factors, web design, AI, and reading comprehension. He holds patents on creating web experiences and on user interface designs for call-center software and printers.
